Dr. Lyne Desautels has been a family physician for over 27 years and practices mainly on the South Shore of Montreal as well as in the Eastern Townships. She founded the “Centre de médecine intégrative et évolutive (“CMIE”)” in 2012, a network of private medical clinics, which now includes 9 points of service in Brossard, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Granby, Magog, Laval, Quebec City, Val-David and Montreal.
The functional medicine approach, her previous background in microbiology and graduate studies in cancer research (molecular genetics) allowed her to develop a practice based on the principles of LIVING LAB (clinical research based on documented and clinically applied observation).
She advocates global health and integrative medicine approaches thus working in collaboration with various healthcare professionals, in order to personalize her treatment plans and meet the needs of her patients.
